Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
